Kiya's cold forging progressive die method conversion

Kiya's manufacturing processes use cold forging progressive die technology, with continuing improvements through the ongoing development of our own technology.
3D high precision shapes and high rigidity products can be manufactured from coil material using Kiya's cold forging progressive die method ("CFP"). By combining thickness control using Kiya's CFP method, and precision shearing / drawing / bending, 3D shape product manufacturing can be achieved, which was not possible in the past.
KIYA Corporation has achieved efficiencies and major cost reductions by changing from cutting / sintering process to a new cold forging progressive die('CFP') method conversion.
